its mempool

reply

Okay but isn’t it needed to run LND and other apps?

reply

Electrum is required.

A local mempool.space instance is useful for looking up transactions privately, but it is not required to make transactions.

reply

Okay I will look to uninstall to see if that improves performance

reply

I think you can also use -blocksonly in your bitcoin.conf to reduce the memory consumption

but not completely sure

reply

Thanks for the help

Won’t know till the weekend I’m far from my node. Always happens when I’m away

Try to get information of what is going on in your pc. Check if you have htop/top commands to figure out what process are running and if you have enough process power and ram.

Look in logs of each service you have problems and try to identify any issue there.
