I've been on SN for almost a year and there are still things I don't know or understand. Stupid question again: Why do some users have that tag that says "freebie" when they comment?
You get that option when you don't have any sats in your account. I imagine to make sure first-time users don't feel left out before they had the chance to load up some sats. Abuse is possible, hence a lower ranking.
