Bingo. As I commented to @Cje95 there is a 100% probability the new SEC chair will be a rampant shitcoin advocate who I hate more than Gensler. The administration has been a complete and utter joke so far meeting with scammers from Ripple and Eth maxi who hates Bitcoin, Brian Armstrong. Short term they are good for Bitcoin. Long term it probably would have been better for Bitcoin if Kamala won and just completely destroyed the USD.

Yeah I havent thought about it but Trump likely will strengthen the USD and the effect on BTC's price will be interesting to see. I need to think on that a little bit more. I am hopeful that whoever is chosen more or less "spins" off BTC into its own thing and treats it independently of the rest of the market.

I guess we will see what happens. Hopefully he frees Ross and creates the strategic bitcoin reserve and then the public can figure out the difference between bitcoin and crypto the hard way. I was being a bit tongue in cheek with the Kamala thing. I do think it is way better for America that the power obsessed Dems lost.

A lot of people have put down the idea of him freeing Ross but I actually think that is something that is right up his alley. I mean with regards to Harris, if she had one, I would bet the House would have flipped, so there would have been a ton of money flowing just like there is now.
