How do I send my sats to my Coinbase wallet? Do I just paste the receiving address in the "invoice" space?

You can paste lightning invoices in there. They start with "lnbc".

How do I get a lightning address to send it to?

Read this for how to send to Coinbase. I don't think Coinbase supports lightning addresses. That is something different to invoices.

Thank you. It's telling me to select the lightning network, but when I try it doesn't give me an option to select a network other than "bitcoin".
