To be clear to anyone reading the headline, DOJ recommended forcing Google to sell Chrome, but this has not been ordered by the judge yet.
Who could possibly buy it, though? Microstrategy?!
I think Google will never let this happen by any chance.
What is even the point of this? Chromium and Android (AOSP) are both open source.
We all know this, but the point is Chrome is a huge brand with 80% browser market share. So, selling this particular brand can damage Google a lot.
