The NNSA part is such a sliver… just to cover what you would essentially be erasing is… Super Computing, Fracking, Horizontal Drilling, batteries, and a bunch of other stuff like chips that run the device you are currently using…
Seems to me to be a terrible awful idea. Unless you just want China to run things… then it would be great
