Well supposedly a hacker has the witness testimony that spills the beans on the underage crime and I want to say two people testified to that.

I would doubt someone would leak it though given that Republicans in the House and Senate want it released. It would nuke your career and given there is already a ton of will to release it and the Committee can still be forced to then there just isn't an upside. If he gets confirmed and it never comes out (I don't see how that is possible) then I bet it does get leaked.
