Try this one on. Get rid of any cell phone devices that would contain any information you would not like to loose. Sure, life would not be so convenient, but you would not be giving up information to any jackbooted thug that had the “download from a distance” or “break into any phone” device. Your information is yours until you decide to cough it up to the state or any itinerant hacker. Perhaps convenience is too much more valuable than privacy in every aspect of life (CBDCs).
