Bitcoin doesn't need any "policy institutes" or any policies. Bitcoin need only to be used by people. That's all. Ignore all the politics.
Going to politicians and beg to "approve" a policy about Bitcoin is like begging to be a slave. Please watch this short video and think again about a "Bitcoin Policy Institute" being necessary... It's a trap to fool people into believing that Bitcoin needs "legal approval" from politicians. It doesn't.
