Well, who knows? But we needed those Monopoly practices to end one way or another...
if androids funding stagnates, then the only open source OS for mobile could stagnate. i hope this government cure does not cause an even larger monopoly to become stronger ( although these anti trust moves almost always do set the ground for just that to happen) .
After recent attacks on open source software some of which came from key members like Linus Torvalds expelling long loyal contributors from his own project based on their national affiliation, I'm not sure whether there's such thing as FOSS and its integrity.
