So what they will gonna do? Will start filtering these SN zaps and block them, making your zaps on SN unreliable.

This system of "hold invoices" is good but should not be used in situations like SN zaps. Is ok for Robosats and things like that where the users are aware that have to wait until is settled the HTLC.

BTW, SN never explained in details how this system will work, so users will be aware. They just mentioned vague information.
