I've had it on my radar for a while. I like the idea, but i'm concerned if i wind up really needing it i may not get my needs met.

Yeah, I can understand that.

Crowd Health offers a 15 min explanatory phone call, I just did that yesterday (though my questions took a lot longer than 15 minutes).

It was reassuring, I talked to someone that seemed very on top of it, and had decent answers to my questions. The link is on this page: https://www.joincrowdhealth.com/how-it-works (search for "talk to an expert").

I'm just so darn PO'd with standard insurance (and health care) that I just want to do SOMETHING different.
