I wouldn't think so, at least not compared to countries with highly subsidized electricity prices.

Ok. Let's compare from my place. We dont get subsidy here. The price for 1 unit of electricity is about $0.12.

That's in the same ballpark as here. I don't have a good sense of the regional variation, though.
