Sure you can comment. But be aware, SN is a "pay to post" platform. So spamming the platform will have a cost for you. And each sat is valuable.
That's why I said: "ask pertinent questions" not stupidities. Because you can also get downvoted if you post garbage.
Do your homework, take notes, test, observe then ask specific questions. We will indicate you where to look or give you the right answer.
