There's been a theory out there for a while that the dems were actually throwing the election knowing that the next president would be left holding the bag. I thought this prior to the Biden debate meltdown.
At this point... I'm not sure about that or that we will see a collapse under the next admin. I mean... its hard for me to see how we don't have a recognized recession. Seems like we are already in one but they cooked the books.
It is possible we hit hard times but due to drastic cuts or hands off response by government the recession is short lived and there's a boom in the next 4 years. Gonna be interesting for sure.
I've certainly espoused that theory. I'm also not sure if I believe it, but I saw evidence for it well before they put Kamala in.

Maybe the machine makes more and more mistakes as they're losing the war on public opinion?

That's probably true. There's some saying about a tighter grip letting more sand through (or something like that).

I have to say... the past week has really exposed how dumb people can be that have education and seem to be intelligent. Maybe dumb isn't the word for it. Naive, blind, out of touch? Honestly, I shouldn't be surprised I guess. It just fits with the patterns I've seen over the years.

That theory definitely makes sense to me. They know the economy is going to collapse and they see this as a way to finally destroy Trump’s legacy and get away blameless for actually being the ones to destroy the economy.

For sure. Though I would not put sole blame on Biden's admin or the dems. Both parties and Trump have their part as well. Not saying it's equal but neither side really recognizes publicly the deep problems. They just point fingers.

Yeah that’s true. Both parties have been drunk on spending for years.
