Honestly, the arrest of this guy leads me to ask even more questions.
The case was filed on Wednesday in the U.S. District Court in Guam after Rahman was arrested by the FBI in Cambodia and brought to the American territory in the Pacific.
I guess we can chalk it up to he was a CIA operative in Cambodia but more importantly, why did he have access to this type of information? His area would have been Southwest Asia, China, the South China Sea, etc., not the Middle East. Obviously, he had clearance but again why does he have access to those files because now it seems that everyone in the CIA who has clearance can just access anything they want even if it does not deal with what their assignment is. That is just asking for leaks and further issues.
