I've spend 1700+ Sats today still I'm on 87 rank? Why? This happened to me one more time and I received very little for what I spend for, but I didn't even asked for compensation due to I thought it's a minor bug and will be fixed soon.

Your rank isn't derived from how much you spend - it's derived from how much value our algorithm determines you provided.

If he logs out, then logs back in through your referral it (and he doesn't have another referrer yet) it should attribute you.
