My understanding... is that Social Security and Medicaid are even bigger than the military budget.
No way Trump goes after Social Security, Medicare, or the military, but I could imagine some Medicaid reform.
Any reduction would be such a radical change that I think we should get our popcorn ready and cheer it on.
