Hell yeah I treated myself! I went out for a long ass walk, did my pushups and got ahold of a pull-up bar as well (winning!), got a lovely coffee, some Sun, and a big smile from a gorgeous girl, listened to the birds sing, touched some grass, smoked some grass and had a lovely steak to top all it off.
