The only shortcut we have now is the submission one. It's the only one that's been requested.

I'll spend time tomorrow and see if I can figure out the dark mode issue. Remind me of your OS/browser again? Should help me also figure out why the submission shortcut doesn't work

Yes. We have a docker-compose thing to make it easier. I need to improve it but it should be fine for investigating dark mode issues.
