I like the process of asking "how do I remove the worst thing about this thing I do" over and over.
One of the cooler aspect of ~nostr is that by decoupling data storage/serving from the application, folks can build stateful microapps without concerning themselves with either of these pain points. It's tbd if the state survives as long as a dude hosting it themselves, but if it does survive, we'll see a lot more of these humble web apps.
