Yes. Are you still in Turkey? The amount of arabic books that havent been translated that hold valuable information.... There will never be a chance to have all the books in the world translated, though.

People speak Turkish here 👀 and even ottoman Turkish is different from Arabic, but then the interesting thing is I met many elder Turkish people who can understand Arabic due to the learning of the Quran, but yes, many good info in the Arabian world.

Yes, Arabic is spoken in many countries. People from that area can speak more than one language, which is amazing.
