I don't how often or in which county, the majority of interactions I have with government institutions, or like local councils in the UK, just seems to leave me with the impression that they are mostly retarded. no ability to think flexibly or adapt to anything.
In the case of the UK, a ton of the councils just bankrupt themself through mismanagement while bottom-feeding staff just keep collecting a paycheck.
The UK NHS will seemingly hire anyone with a pulse to admin roles and it's almost impossible to get fired, very Argentina vibes and it just keeps sucking in more money like a supernova.
It's like the opposite of natural selection.
What have you guys observed in your respective countries? maybe some gov agencies are actually fantastic models of efficiency somewhere , maybe Singapore or Scandinavia as they do seem to have their shit together
