Have you heard of lucid dreaming? What if our whole lives could be like having the same experience. Does that even sound appealing? Love to hear your thoughts

It sounds TERRIFYING. The idea of a lucid dream has caused me to fear dreaming sometimes. Sometimes my sleeping schedule gets severely mangled and I start being increasingly unable to tell if I'm dreaming or not, which is a crippling feeling similar to claustrophobia. So no, please no.

That sounds scary.

Years ago I researched on this matter and I trained a bit to have lucid dreams, finally I had a couple of experiences. They are really interesting, sometimes scary. I think they can be a really powerful tool to improve yourself, also spiritually. I need to try them again.

Gen 37:9-10 ¶And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me. 10. And he told it to his father, and to his brethren: and his father rebuked him, and said unto him, What is this dream that thou hast dreamed? Shall I and thy mother and thy brethren indeed come to bow down ourselves to thee to the earth?

Some might say we’re all acting out the Creator’s dream

Yes! I have experienced lucid dreaming (still do). Basically you know that you are dreaming and can do anything in your dreams! I have done a lot of things and it has also inspired me in real life! Idk how I started controlling my dreams, but this feeling is awesome!

I've had this experience of knowing that I was dreaming, but I don't remember the details, but rather the feeling, which was very comforting in the situation. I know this is off topic, I'm sorry but I feel the need to report. One time I had sleep paralysis... I couldn't move or speak, and in my mind there was a figure standing next to the bed and I was trying to scream for help, and my body felt like it was being crushed. I always remember this distressing situation.
