Has anybody used this site? I have seen it advertised as a bias detector for political news articles.

Oh damn I see what you mean. 3 pop ups for their 50% off and a cookie banner. On mobile the screen becomes unreadable.

Why people / readers would need a "bias detector" or "fact checker" or any sorts of "detector" ?
Are people getting dumber and dumber every day that now they need somebody else to tell them what to think and what to read? They can't use their brains anymore?
Just by pointing out that "detector" is a red flag it means they already consider the reader a stupid one that can't "detect" anything by their own.

Like Bitcoin once you realize the M5M and the mainstream financial institutions are scamming you, you them set yourself up for Shitcoins and Shit News because we are trained to look at the sources as authority. This leads to the skill of media deconstruction (NO AGENDA) and in order to get there you strive to look at others claiming to have solved the problem. Some are genuine, some are OPS and some are a hybrid of a little truth, a little dissent and maximum diversion.
The only solution is the liberal education, ironically, and than means learning how to think not what to think. This means grammar, rhetoric, math as in the Trivium. And just like all other NEWSPEAK the words are thrown around and the etymology is disregarded.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trivium
It's never too late to start. And when you realize that the grammar is incorrect, the language is hyperbole and the math is wrong you can move on to the next source or just realize that there is no direct connection to you and that the intention is not information.

Ouch.
But you are right, seems like common sense and gut instincts have started to disappear from this society.

I sometimes use VTnews.ai I prefer that layout and interface.... less popups and nag screens and to me just feels cleaner.
These types are useful for being able to quickly read a few different 'slants' on a particular news story. Having said that, I just tend to ignore most MSM driven stories generally.....

Thanks for the tip. I'm looking for these type sites. I'm like you. I do ignore MSM, but sometimes I want to look around.

Been there for a few times but never published a report in the daily zap from there.
However you're right this site tilts political news articles as for their boss category. It actually summarises news from various sources through AI. The company is based in Canada and run by two Indian Origin Canadian who are actually enjoying the extra bit of freedom that Canada doesn't deny. They are publishing both sides of the coin irrespective of what's truth.
