Who can deny that cats are more intelligent than dogs? They are however not as faithful as dogs are. Because the comparison self contradict itself by comparing adult cats to toddlers, I think an adult dog can also be more intelligent than a toddler.
Yupp it does but it also mentions it in the article so I see it as an honest research.
