There's also a pdf version circulating online, I think I saw one on archive.org but is not so good, is a scanned version of the hardcopy book.
Is a quite complex book, so you need to read/listen it with very much attention and take notes. Not easy to understand it at first sight. But is important if you want to "escape" from the system.
