How does this compare to Umbrel?

For one the source is MIT licensed. Umbrel has a kind of weird license.
It's also a little more hands on and low-fi (at least past versions) - you primarily interact with it through via SSH/CLI.
It also doesn't have an app store yet afaik.
Note: most of this is based on my limited usage of it pre-umbrel. It might've changed a lot.
