I thought it might be easier to just follow one league but if you there international is good to try, I will give it a shot.

I found it for Canada. However I've never played on it. The apps or websites that run here for cricket fantasy don't work in other countries.
I've had a little look at it and it seemed good but I'd suggest you to start with small amounts.

Yes. It is the same. You need to pick 11 players out of both teams and select a captain for 2x points and a vice captain for 1.5x points. Enter in a legue and that's it.
