You're more likely to choose a weak one than not. I can create an issue if you want to produce the passphrase or entropy yourself.

I'd guess on average multi-device people have a desktop/laptop and a phone. Many people just use one device though I'd guess.
This should encourage some to use two. Just in case the unimaginable happens.
I know, everyone wants the privacy until they cant figure out why its not working. I just think it will be a headache on your end.
I'd rather have many small headaches that aren't my fault but we work really hard to prevent than a bullet to the brain.
