An old school friend that I had not seen for more than 30 years contacted me through WhatsApp yesterday. We used to go to the same school, back in my native country, and we were in the same class when we were both 11/12.

She was pretty, like mixed race kids usually are (her mom is German, I think), and in school we were all secretly in love with her, lol, and she enjoyed a star status. Back then, there were already some wild stories circulating about her, even though I can't confirm if they were true.

Looking at her WhatsApp picture, she has still managed to retain some of her beauty, but the tattoos, the cleavage 😩

She had asked a mutual friend for my number, and I didn't object when he asked for my permission to share it with her. She works for a German NGO, and now lives in Germany. She says I should get in touch if I'm around... 🤔

I'm sure she's not married, and has no kids, and I kind of feel sorry for her, because she could have very easily found a decent man and raised good kids, but seems to have fallen into the vanity trap.

This confirms what I've often observed, that life can be very lonely for such women after they hit 40 and male attention fades. Often, they settle with a younger inexperienced man who happens to orbit around them. These men usually won't believe their "luck" to have found such a pretty gf, lol.
