But another egregious hit to the helmet that the refs didn't do anything with, they threw the flag. But picked it up and the replay showed forearm contact with the head.
This isn't about Sam or the vikings, player safety needs to come first, and the NFL needs to look at making personal fouls reviewable penalties.
