Motsunabe in Fukuoka is a dish you must try because it is flavourful. It boasts a savoury broth, so it has umami. It is very tasty/scrumptious/delectable.
It sounds like it is like liverwurst. Some people like it and others do not like it. What kind of liver is it? It looks like it has shiromiso as a base and lots of nice vegetables. Looks very good. Like onabe, a nice winter treat.
