Let's unfold!

~Bitcoin News of the Day

  • In his letter, Patronis outlined the rationale behind Bitcoin’s inclusion in the state’s portfolio. He noted Florida’s consistent Triple-A bond rating, record state reserves, and an economy that could see it rank as the 16th-largest globally if it were a country.

  • Development is now the biggest shared goal of China and India. China has put forward the goal of building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects through the middle of this century. India also has the vision of “Viksit Bharat 2047”. The contribution to each other’s success between China and India will create huge development dividends and strategic opportunities. I firmly believe that under the guidance of our leaders, China and India have enough wisdom and capabilities for the dragon-elephant tango!

  • In their recusal motion to Cannon, Routh’s lawyers note that in addition to appointing Cannon to her seat, Trump “repeatedly praised” her in public statements, that there is a “prospect of judicial promotion” for Cannon if Trump is elected, and that if she recused herself it would “remove any public perception that Mr. Trump’s cases have [been] assigned to this Court in a non-random manner.”

  • Jokić put up an absurd 29 points, 18 rebounds and 16 assists in the Denver Nuggets’ 144-139 overtime win over the Brooklyn Nets, becoming only the second player in NBA history and the first in 62 years to reach that stat line.

  • A deep dive into the Medicare database of 5.2 million surgeries from 2017 to 2020 for patients 67 and older suggests delaying surgery for three to six months following a heart attack, known as a non-ST-segmented elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI). Researchers aim to identify the "sweet spot" for safely scheduling additional surgical procedures in this high-risk population. The study provides valuable analysis to support changes to decision-making guidelines set more than 20 years ago..

  • The fight ended with Ali knocking Foreman out in the eighth round but the bout's significance went far beyond what happened in the ring. The bout happened in Africa, which is a dismissed and disrespected continent in some parts of the world. Ali built a love affair with the people of Zaire (now Congo) that lasts to this day.

  • “Since I was really young, there’s been this thing about my sexuality, and people have been talking about it for so long,” Mendes said in a video posted on TikTok. “I think it’s kind of silly, because I think sexuality is such a beautifully complex thing, and it’s so hard to just put into boxes. It always felt like such an intrusion on something very personal to me, something that I was figuring out in myself, something that I had yet to discover, and still have yet to discover.”

That sure sounds like China is looking for someone (India) to prop up their freefalling socialist economy.

China, Russia and many other countries right now are trying to lure India for it's a big market and can surely support. But, India under Modi isn't going to fall for them. I've a strong feeling that India is actually looking at its own interest.

Jokic is single handedly keeping the Nuggets relevant.
He might be the greatest player of all time.
Oh hot take. Put it on the pod @Undisciplined
reply
You can't have "might" in a hot take. It's got to be something like "Nikola Jokic is the most dominant player since Wilt Chamberlain."
reply
Warm take then.
reply
Everyone does hot takes, maybe our niche can be fairly warm takes.
reply
The pod for people with low expectations and who don't go out on a limb.
