Maybe conversations could start fro a different point. Bitcoin itself it's pretty hard to understand and use. Maybe start the conversation from a more generic topics could help.
Not this week, but if you ask who I've orange-pilled this month, I'd love to share! I've introduced Bitcoin to my two nephews—14 and 11 years old. They’re curious and excited to learn the difference between Bitcoin and altcoins. While they’d been watching local YouTubers, those channels didn’t cover the real picture of Bitcoin. Through our discussions, they finally got the concept and importance of Bitcoin in a way that goes beyond other cryptos.
As for the tools, I used the Wallet of Satoshi, which made transactions super easy for them to understand. We even used Bitrefill, showing how they could use Bitcoin for real-life purchases. Their dad joined in, so it became a family learning experience. It’s amazing seeing these kids grasp the fundamentals and start valuing Bitcoin as something unique.
Seeing their excitement reminds me how crucial early education is, especially when mainstream sources aren’t yet available in our language.
Teaching Bitcoin to younger generations must be a great satisfaction. They pure minds absorb concepts so easily that it's hard to believe. Keep us posted on their progress!
