I don't think bitcoin will demonetize real estate, especially given the undue influence of government regulation and implementation of legislation. Certainly some real estate will lose the value it has now, and other will gain new value unperceived prior, but this happens regardless.
I expect many people to only sell their real estate for bitcoin, though not a majority in my lifetime. But some other bitcoiners will acquire more, and use it to develop the culture they envision for the world.
I don't see how executives can take advantage of that now. I find real estate prices more stable than bitcoin! In understanding bitcoin they can take advantage of it in the future, especially by taking personal positions now, and letting their mind start to crank and turn with the notion.
Land will always be important. And it's not that hard to build stuff on it, but it matters a lot where you build things. "Location, Location, Location." Bitcoin will never change that. But it will realign how we value locations. I've gone in a circle now.
