That's a good assessment but this memechain is about memes that are focused on "pay to post" or "p2p".
You can share that anywhere in the main ~memes feed but this is a memechain that's dedicated to the pay to post or "p2p" mantra.
You can also start a pug memechain in ~memes that is all about pugs if you'd like.
