The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit released an opinion on Oct. 25 stating that federal law requires mail-in ballots be counted no later than election day.

I thought that’s what “Election Day” meant. Why didn’t they rule on “early voting” and “voting by mail” too?

Well your brain should be functional to be a no brainer. Some people are insisting on having voting and counting for months on end. When can we do it like India, all in one day?
