Are postings in non-english languages welcome on stacker news? For example in Germany we have a very strong Bitcoin community with a very high activity: new posts, translations, podcasts, apps. I would publish or link everything so that German-speaking stackers take note of all the new content. Any comments?
This looks to be the future direction on non-English languages, as far as I can tell:
By default you would only see english posts (so the same as currently), but if you add more languages in your config page, you would see those too (if you have more than 1 language, then the selection flags could show up in the "create new post" page).
Stacker News will have other languages tab or we need to fork it to make it available to other languages? #29249

I am OK with other language content. If I really want to read it I can translate it. Will be nice if posters would put a title or excerpt from that post in English. But yes, it will be nice to see SN with subs dedicated to specific languages. @k00b are you planning such thing?
