I like to start with the hardest question, “So tell me about yourself?”
Then a real doozy, “What about your past experience helps you to be a good fit for this role?”
Or worse, “Why did you apply for this position?”
Then the final boss: “Tell me about a time when you weren’t able to provide a quote or had a challenge providing a quote for some heavy earth moving equipment rebuild? What was the situation, what was the task at hand? What action did you take to solve it, and what was the result?”
"What do you think of Hayek's claim that the only way to have sound monetary policy is for someone to by some roundabout way bring about the denationalization of money?"
I dunno, it's too late over here for me to resurrect my daily bout of creativity.
And I have no idea what an earthmoving eq rebuild dealer does or needs to know... but something that would reveal ignorance if indeed it's not a good person.
