Essentially the Ksaitriyas (Warrior / Administrative class) have stopped listening to the Brahmins (Priests Cast ) due to the degeneration of the the Kali Yuga (Age of Quarrel) where there is confusion due to morality and righteous behavior confused by materialistic athiestic "humanism".
Ksaitriyas are warriors and are here to defend humanity. Brahmins (Not by birth but by behavior) are here to advise based on their knowledge of Brahman (The Supreme Godhead).
