Is not a "vs", it's a "w/": two different people having two different accounts, splitting fees and reward is a bit challenging buy doable offline for us atm. Never thought about using bolt12 for splitting automatically. Do you have any references on how to do it?

Not really!, how do you integrate or attach a bolt12 to SN? Does Bolt12 also allow splitting am not familiar with it? 

In our case, it will be nice if we can setup the V4V split in the territory settings, similar to how post-forward-sats option is currently working (fyi @k00b)
