I will be crudely honest: yes, yes it is, in the most strict statistical sense of the word "normal". That's why Russia and China are no exception to that rule, except that China has demonstrated to be way more disciplined and pacific, while Russia permanently behaves as a thug state, the latest atrocity being the troglodyte invasion of Ukraine. So if we can only pick a bully, by all and every means I chose the one that's opening the path of human civilization towards a new era of progress, USA, instead of Russia which has remained frozen in its soviet era even in technological aspects and whose latest contribution to humanity was to bring up WWIII and nuclear apocalypse as an explicit menace if we don't bow to their maniac 1945 style imperial delusions. Fuck the Russian terrorist state. You yourself have the USA as an horizon of progress (Elon Musk).
