I knew a doctor who did that.
He made quite a bit of money doing that.
I saw a lot of foreigners go to that office.

Insurance takes at least 30 days to pay. And the reimbursements keep shrinking.
I'm not surprised that good doctors are making more money without insurance.
Good doctors don't accept Medicaid which is taxpayer funded insurance for parasites
