seems this is the issue. it's not down per se but chrome is letting us know the SSL cert is screwed up in some way.

The certificate just expired today (Sep 23rd) and the site uses Lets Encrypt (self-signed). Normally, this would just be a matter of a waiting for a website admin to discover that the cert has expired. However, if the developer, Anton, is the only website admin, this may not happen, due to:

The app doesn't use the website, and can be installed using either F-Droid or Google Play. The APK is available on the github:
