Yo! Thanks for the zap!
I got your hint about including a quote in my posts. lol
It's hard for me to choose a favorite part, as much of the article requires the rest of the content to truly get the context it is placed in. If I had to choose though...
"This is why, despite its flaws, I see value in voting for the Progressive “money printer” for now. The risks of radically changing policy are severe and immediate. Continued expansion, by contrast, carries longer-term risks, allowing us to prepare strategically. If we use this time wisely to develop and fortify a parallel system, we may have a chance to mitigate the fallout when the existing system finally breaks down."

Yes like I said in my tips and tricks post #727910 there's a clear preference for people on this site to read posts on this site. So always better to do "dicussion" instead of "link" and use an online markdown converter to convert the content for reading on this site. still include the link though to drive traffic to your own site! but they'll be clicking because they want to know more about you, which is the goal.
Everybody is big fans of the industrial revolution, but nobody wants to talk about the social unrest in the rural agrarian societies as everyone lost their jobs. Progress is better, but doesn't mean we don't want to mitigate pain on the way.
This election cycle, nobody is even talking about Universal Basic Income to help w/ the AI revolution!

Really appreciate the suggestion about using a markdown converter. I will have to do that moving forward.
I have found it mildly disheartening that we had more discussions of the societal challenges AI will continue to bring back in 2020 than we do now. Oh well.
Saw a clip recently of Samson Mow approaching Andrew Yang and telling him they should speak about UBI (Universal "Bitcoin" Income). It will be interesting to see if anything comes of it in time.
