Until the gov pays you in btc, this means citizens are exchanging btc for fiat. Not a good deal.

Sorry, I know you want to refer to something else when you say "gov pays you" but I have to explain an important aspect that many people don't get it: a gov WILL NEVER pays you, a gov will ALWAYS steal from you and give it to others. Gov do not have any money, it can't have money. If a gov would have own money, then why do we still pay taxes?
As I explained in this post how a gov is a corporation. Govs are corporations and people still don't get it. If they would get it, then they will start asking questions, important questions...
