Can we use it for SN?
SN doesn’t have a way to connect electrum directly to it but it you don’t have a wallet connected or the necessary balance to post/comment you will be presented with a lightning invoice that can be paid with any lightning wallet including electrum

No. Is SN your only place where you use BTC LN?

Yes, actually.
In India and especially to the remote areas there's absolutely no adoption of Bitcoin. I'm not on Nostr so that's another thing.
