It's a 35MB gif file (huge) is why. We should probably limit gif sizes or figure out a way to cope with it.

Yes, this size better be mp4 or hosted somewhere.
I always try to avoid uploading large files directly to SN and also not reuploading same file.
Postimg or nostr.build are good hosting media tools
