Seed oils is a big one being debated lately! It’s in so much food . Or as some say “fiat food” haha

Yeah, the reason they might call it fiat food is because the government is involved in it. The seed oils are subsidized to the hilt, so they are cheap, cheap, cheap; to quote the birds. Animal fats like lard and butter are getting more and more expensive because “Climate ChangeTM”.
